By making a payment towards your e-tour packages or excursions only
selected from Click2Go you give us consent to proceed further to
process and deliver your required services, and you accept and agree to
the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of the trip provider, and
to any additional terms and conditions of the trip provider that may
apply to your trip.
Unless another policy is mentioned to a specific tour or excursions for
all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO
charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made for Excursions within 24 hours departure time
100% charges will be applicable.
Refunds processed will bear payment gateway charges and a VAT of 5% per
transaction.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned to your account
within 7 working days.
As for hotels bookings that are already Non Refundable , no refund is
possible
